I ordered one lowepro fastpack 250 camera bag from Indiaplaza on 25th July. It was supposed to get shipped within 5 days. But they didn’t ship it. When I called them they said it was out of stock. But at the same time it was showing ’In Stock’ in the site. Even if they don’t have the stock, they will change the shipping status to "Ready to ship", so that we won’t be able to cancel the order.
When I asked for refund they said invoice is already generated and order cannot be cancelled and they raised a ticket. Closing that ticket took 3 days and in that they have written, it will be shipped within another 2-3 days.
Today is 15th day after ordering and till now they didn’t ship. Then when I called them, they gave the option to cancel the order(after 15 days), and it will take 2 days for cancelling and 12 working days for refund. That means they can use my Rs.5000 for more than a month interest-free(I guess they raise their capital this way).
I used to get shipments within 1-3 days from flipkart. In the case of ebay.in, auto refund will be initiated if seller doesn’t ship within the date. I have done lots of shopping from these two sites.
So, from my experience Indiaplaza is the worst(fraud) website I have ever seen. Never shop with Indiaplaza
