I ordered(order no. IN1209112030) a book on 12th Sep, it was mentioned that the delivery will be done in 3 working days. On 15th the status showed shipped but still I didnt receive the order. its been 8 days now.
They have provided the consignment number, but not mentioned through which courier they are sending the item.
The customer care is one of the worst, you will never get to talk to the execetive. you will be kept on-hold
They have a option to raise a issue Ticket in there site, the funniest thing is it will never allow you register your issue.
I think my money got drained.if you still want to do online shopping there are other reliable sites but dont do in this site
