Worst customer Service in the industry

I ordered for a product on the 12th of Sept 2011 and they still have not dispatched it. Have tried calling the Cust Service dept on multiple occasions and have to hang on for at least 45 minutes to reach them. Also they don’t have a toll free number and have to pay for all the STD call charges if not from Bangalore. They have failed to respond to any of my query raised over their web site and have now blocked me from viewing my ’Ticket’ page. They promised a call back on the 15th of Sept and am still waiting for it. IndiaPlaza was recommended by CitiBank and will be giving my review to them soon.


My ticket number CNT135208640175051 still stays valid and unresolved. Shame on the website.
