I chose indiaplaza because it was the only website I could easily find among those which offered international deliveries. I was absolutely sure that it’s not fake (as few people here have wrongly pointed out)Anyways. Ordering part was hassle free. The only part where I had to undergo some amount of frustration was when I could see my order "shipped" but it wasn’t delivered for a week and a half.Unwillingly, I had to raise a support request which took some time to get closed. ’
While I liked the process oriented approach of Indiaplaza guys, I believe that there was definitely a scope of improvement with the response time.Now the good part...I got hold of an email id of indiaplaza official (Gautham) from one of the forums which I ran into while reading reviews about the site (which I didn’t bother to do before ordering :P). The guy turned out to be very helpful and was positive in his response.
I also heard that he was kind enough to get in touch with the recipient in India and made sure that everything was perfect. So 5 stars for the post sales services and query resolution with a personal touch.
All in all it was a good experience, if not the greatest I had but I guess I can deal with, giving the guys a benefit of doubt ’coz now I am sure that my order will reach the destination eventually.
