Nothing can be worse than my experience with Indus Ind Bank - American Express - Jet Airways Co-branded credit card. To start with, their Phone banking does not exist. If you call the number, you will only get some automated voice and gets disconnected automatically.
I had written a very critical review in Facebook, after which their social media team contacted me and resolved my problem, which could not be solved by their regular operation team reached through e-mail.
Currently my credit is ZERO against this card, and I will cancel this card next week.

By the way, Can I give them a Negative Score? they deserve Minus 10(only their Social Media team stands out).
