Terrible Bank. Their Phone banking is the worst. You only have a 10% chance of getting connected. Fist you call them, it never gets connected. If it connects, it’s a Yankee voice not sure which language it speaks, and then gets disconnected. In last one month I could connect only once and that worked well.
Their selling agents are all bloody liars. They will promise one product and deliver another one. Their documentation is pathetic. They did all wrong update of my mail ID, address pin code etc.
I am using their Credit card for last one month, and already finding ways to exit. The only thing that works is their email. So far I got reply for 2 mails I sent them.
Not sure how I got trapped(haha); but that is the reality.
