I have made a handsome number of orders for the last two years in infibeam.com. For the recent days, their LOGISTICS is TOO POOR.
Whether it is infibeam or 3rd party - all are too SLOW to deliver or dont deliver but update the web-status as delivered!
Yes, infibeams own logistics is too slow; for e.g., they take 2-3 days to send from Delhi to Chennai. Wait. it is not over; now, from their Chennai office, they will send via a 3rd party courier who takes another 2 days to deliver to customer address in Chennai.
In my own case, Order # 10130861, they sent via lousy courier called GATI - Tracking number 182415796. They not only delivered late but also did a big cheating; Yes, before they actually deliver they updated in their web as delivered and attached POD of someone-elses.

You know infibeams support is too pathetic! They did not care - whatever be customer issue!
In my own another case, order# 10169750. They shipped via FedEx but fedex returned shipment as it contains battery 10 days back to origin. When we complaint this to customer care they say it is delivered to customer address; but actually returned to origin. NO action is taken so fare. So, I am going to do CHARGEBACK.
