The problem of pepperfry is not support people. They were very helpful. But the policy. (1) You cannot cancel the order. If you need to cancel even before shipping, they will charge 5%! Once, shipped 20%! (2) There's no partner for reverse pickup. Sending the damaged products and claiming the re read more...
Worstever support is asking for positive is great joke. You support is not worth even to get -ve reply from me. Let me forget such a bad people and move on.

Unfortunately, running hospital is business now; not service. They keep increasing the consulting and other fees YOY, which looks costly, but service is average.
