Now I realize that It’s my bloody mistake to make a purchase from infibeam!
I had purchased an item from infibeam, years ago. That deal didn’t trouble me much. Based on that experience, even after seeing so many negative reviews I decided to make a purchase from that website! I just hate that moment when I took that decision.
Purchase was made on April 16th - Order: 15439382. On the next day I got the call from customer care and hell lot of process about ID proofs submission, OTP, form16. all craps. I did all this by the second day and I was finding an expected delivery date of 18th April.
After that there were no news from them and I raised a complaint with them about the delay on 23(after 7 days of purchase!), as still I was seeing the status ‘Processing’. Next day, on 24th I got a replay from them saying the product shipment is delayed. I am very much frustrated with the delay and the way of communication.
Now I doubt that I got cheated. As per the new promise the expected shipment date is 27th(mind it guys its too long, 11th date!). I will keep this thread updated on 27th with the stats.
I made the purchase from them by seeing the product cost(off course eye catching). But now I realized that they can do that, because they don’t really deliver the product.
Guys my guts feel is that it’s not gonna get delivered. So please think twice before you buy from them.
