Thanks for the response after 4 months! You guys are so quick!! I got the damaged product delivered after a week more. I don't want to deal with you guys any more. Appreciate if you can stop sending cheap offers to my mobile.
Update: On April 28th I got a mail with the status 'Order Cancelled'. I wasn't shocked as I was expecting the same. I am yet to receive the amount. Never expect that I am gonna leave that money. Hell with the service! Verdict: Keep away from infibeam. They are real cheaters in all sen read more...

What order Id you are expecting ? I have mentioned more than one issues which I faced, in the above comment.
After more than a week, I got a text message from them today, saying that my product would be delivered before 3 pm. And as you can imagine, that never happen. I didn't hear anything more there after. I tried to call up the store (not cust care this time) and they were not aware of the stock stat read more...
I have ordered for 'Samsung' one and got 'Muzik DJ' (can't even call that Chinese. because the item is not meting the quality of Chinese item as well). And when I raised a concern with the seller, I got a response that - 'It will work well with Samsung phone'. :D
