One thing that I hate about most well publicized restaurants and food joints is that over a period of time, their drive to improve upon their margins or profit is by reducing the quality.
I got a taste of it in the KaatiZone in Church street in Bangalore on a saturday evening around 9 pm. I am writing the time and date because it is possible that my experience is a one off experience due to the closing time on a busy evening. Following is what my feedback is on the food.
We are vegetarians and ordered one of the standard veg rolls. What we didn’t bargain for was re-heated parathas which were rubbery and vegetables which tasted stale. We ordered only one amongst both of us and still couldn’t complete the whole one. And at a price which is above 50, I really don’t think it is Value For Money.
If the chain owners are reading it, I hope they take this feedback positively
