Unfortunate ... they did held good promise.. the same issue on lack of collection at branches has been brought up by mutliple folks in their facebook page and even in their blog also. It breaks my heart to update this review.. I went here twice more and the quality is steadily declining (as it is with most of the promising restaurants).. I think I have taken a personal interest over librarywala. I was looking at their ratings.. Seems like 2 is a default rating..
