Karnataka bank has extremely inefficient, very rude staff. I asked for a bank statement with seal and signature of the bank on it and they took one hour just to get me a print of my account statement. They have printer issues, inefficient people in the bank. They don’t respond properly when called over the phone. They are absent minded while working and follow outdated procedures/technologies.
