A very bad experience with Karnataka Bank

I was a customer of Karnataka Bank Ltd for last 4 years. I have Online Internet banking and debit card facilities, which are waste to use.


Previously internet banking was somewhat good but now the advanced KBL-App and internet banking facilities are so non-sense and not at all useful for the customers to use the facilities easily.


Very bad customer service or phone banking. No customer is satisfied with the services of Karnataka Bank. Very Very less ATM terminals and they never work. After having ATM card also we have to bear huge charges as we never use KBL-ATM terminals. Nobody is cooperative in that organization.


I wanted to have a loan of very reasonable amount. It was my first loan to start a small business. After providing all required documents also, they took nearly 10, 000 rs from me as loan charges and made me to roam for nearly 2 months. But within then I went to another commercial bank and got a good loan for 0.25% more but my loan was sanctioned within 4-5 days with only 2000-3000 rs charges.


Its better not to open any account in this bank or go for any loan from this bank. Its up to you people, think twice before deciding.
