Terrible after Sales Service- DO NOT purchase

I have purchased Kent Grande plus last year and believe me once you purchase this product you are in hell where no one listens to you. Their service is Very very very poor especially in Pune. I have purchased this product from Global Distributors and believe me I have to shell out more money in calling them for service. Highly unprofessional management and staff thrive in this agency.


My product is now out of warranty so I called my distributor for service and to do the replacement for filters and after constantly following up with them for 15 days no one had turned up. The lady who handles the customer service department in this agency is highly rude and unprofessional. May god save you before you fall to buy anything from this agency.


Since the time I have purchased this product, every time I have to go through this agony and I really get scared when it comes to getting this product serviced. Even I moved on to seek services from a different distributor but the same result, 1 week passed away and no one has turned up. Technicians are so smart that they don’t even pick your phone and they try to act as if though they are the busiest soul on this planet.


Looking at the number of reviews on MS I could see that it is not me but almost 75% of the customers are going through this hell after purchasing the Kent Product. Every time I get to hear the same old stuff “Sir load bahut hai”, WHAT THE HELL load bahut hai then sell that many only which you can afford to service properly.


OR the epic one, Sir technicians training pe hain, come on how you can even imagine sending technicians to training when you have so much of so called LOAD, If all your technicians will be on training then who is going to take care of after sales service and believe me even after going through so much of training they can’t even manage to set proper TDS level.


I have emailed them, tweeted them and also entered a grievance on their website, let see if that works and if it doesn’t then let’s consider that  the mismanagement is prevailing at the company level who is only busy in getting their products endorsed by celebrities and is only making money by just selling them and NOT providing any service.
