@snapdeal has taken its wrong product sent to me and it has been 1 month they haven't refunded the money, this is how they rob people in daylight and this is their business model

these people have totally neglected all my calls and emails.. to my surpise I am including both Rohit and Kunal (bosses on the company) in all my emails...but I am like shocked to see how poorly they are handling this.... They have sent me a different color loafers than what I ordered and now it shows out of stoock for that color, I am running behind these people from past 5 days for reversal but to no avail.
