I had bought Kent Grand+ from Pure Water House in Sep 2012, For last 2 weeks have been chasing Pure Water House to get the service done, Every time I call them, lady on the other side gives false assurance that person would come at a given time. I would keep on waiting and nobody would turn up. Everyday, I have been calling them but nothing moved forward.
Now the purifier has stopped working and for me it is a piece of trash hanging on the wall. I would have better off buying Bisleri everyday and still would have saved money It has been the worst service. Would highly discourage anybody who is thinking of buying Kent RO products. Their service is non-existent. It is a pain.
I even don’t want to give it 1 star, wish there have been a way to give -ve ratings. Anyways, Buy this product and you will be cursing yourself forever.
