Same experience, bought Kent Grand+ last year ( Sep 2012) from Pure Water House Bangalore, have been chasing pure water house for last 2 weeks for getting the service done. Pure Water House, Pathetic Service 100 % agree with you, I am also a victim of Pure water house. I bought the Kent Grand + in 2012 September, Since last 2 weeks I have been chasing these folks for service, and they dont turn up . When you call them, lady on the other side will give you false assur read more...
