Kotak securities and bank are clueless among themselves, customer get sandwiched in between. Very little penetration of branches, archaic processes and not customer friendly.
Basically if you have a salary account you cant do much( as it’s employer choice) but holding personally can be a disaster. Stay away both from Kotak Securities and Bank.
You hit from pillar post, and the least you expect is rude behaviour, apathetic attitude. They just dont care about customers.
