The executives came home and did all the paper work. Then a month later they assigned a "relationship" manager to me, who contacted me a few times for more investments.
She always inquired if I needed anything else. Since she is a single - point contact, it is so much easy to call her if there’s any issue. Unlike other banks, there is a person, a face and a name you can call. The only problem is they have very few branches. But thir home banking is really great. Just call them to pick up cash or money, and no need to go to bank. It has worked well for me twice or thrice. They also offer trading, MFs and insurence. That works really great.
