I had placed two orders on Letsbuy.com(LBS-492137 & LBS-492257) for a mobile handset, and BP monitor. The orders were placed on 15-10-2011, Saturday.
Letsbuy.com promptly dispatched the items on 17-10-2011, Monday, and I started tracking them through the tracking ID of Aramex courier.
Aramex website showed that items were received in Bhopal office of Aramex on the morning of 19-10-2011. However, they were delivered to me on 23-10-2011! I did talk to Aramex Bhopal people on 21-10-2011, when I did not receive the items, and was told that they do not have staff to make delivery!
I wrote to Letsbuy.com customer care on 21-10-2011, asking them to take up the matter with Aramex.
I got a reply from them, stating that items were dispatched, and I will receive them shortly.
While dispatch by Letsbuy was prompt, the courier company(for which I have posted a separate review) made sure that I have a painful buying experience.
The products received were properly packed, and are of good quality, and working fine. Full marks to Letsbuy on this front.
I have received phone call from Letsbuy customer care, in which their representative assured me that they are reviewing their courier company. He also told that Letsbuy is revamping its customer care, and asked me to call them after any purchase, and tell then that I do not want delivery by Aramex.
I am ready to buy again from Letsbuy, provided Aramex is not the courier.
