To describe in one sentence about Letsbuy is. "Place the order and forget it". You no need to approach customer care for most of the time.
Have purchased few items in LetsBuy and my experience is excellent.

Pen Drive, Thermometer and Samsung Mobile(Order#LSB-574500). Normal Speed Dispatch and Delivered by Aramex.
Pureit Autofill Water(Order#LSB-744732). Faster Dispatch and Delivered by BlueDart.
Alcatel OT-813D(Order#LSB-787781). Faster Dispatch and Delivered by BlueDart. One problem I experienced here is. I wanted to change the Shipment Address. Instead of Chennai, I preferred it to be delivered in Bangalore. So, I sent a mail very immediately after the order placement. But I got reply from Customer Care After 3 Days saying sorry it is dispacthed(by the time product is Delivered in Chennai). I needed to approach customer care only in this case; but they failed to keep me happy.
I am a over-spender and a gadget freak, I love to do online purchases. EMI facility offered by LetsBuy is fantastic; Just buy for 2500 INR and convert it as 6Month No Interest/Processing Fee EMI. All my orders were done in 6M EMIs. This EMI facility eased me a lot.
Regarding Website Design, Classification/Filtering Option in LetsBuy.Com is very normal and sometimes not useful; FlipKart stands best here and helps to compare and choose the best product for you.
One question for MouthShut / LetsBuy: Though my recommendation is "Yes" here, many people
have said "No". Then how come the recommended percent can be "81%"(Recommended by 81% members)?
