I have purchased Fuzzy Nova and when I first called for a repair I was cheated and fleeced. By people claiming to be from LG but did not have ID card. Their Parts are very expensive and and Visiting Charge is very high.
I will never buy LG product or even recommend.

Probably the Service is outsourced to some vendors who is least bothered about value for money or even customer sensitive.
