ttk did not release the 10000 Rupees due to me, for which I was entitled, I was told to send the application they said they would but they betrayed the trust.

yes for me they did not pay m=the money which was due I was told to send the bill but after sending the bill they todl me I am not eligible. So They only fleece moey to get the premimum by hook or crook but then deny service. Very bad company

Thank you for sharing this information. The problem with AIRTELL they will go to any extent to say that they are right and the customer is wrong. they will never accept their mistake. I had similar experience.

in a scale of 1 to 10 I rate Airtel customer care as - 1 it is deteriorating day by day. and there is no sign of improvement.

I agree with this as I had similar problem when I had to claim after surgery they told me to send the bills and when I sent it they only paid partial. where as they were collecting premium all these years.

Airtel has the poorest customer care My experience with AIRTEL is very sad their main moto is fleece customer by hook or crook and never let them go but never attend to them as customer care never exists this is my experience. Later they are a pest to bring you back if you leave.

AIRTELL HAS NOT MADE PAYMENT TO THE AGENTS thats the reason they have been told to dodge the customer I have been told by AIRTELL AGENT ALKA TELLIN DELHI if thei sis the case in Delhi I can understand your pathetic situation in Chennai. IT has turned out to be a CHEATING SERVICES

would never ever in my life recommend any of the air tell services because they turn out to be crooks after giving connection. Very poor customer service.

My experience is that their broad band works worse than a dial up connection. Airtel has gone pathetic. They are big cheaters and liers.
