I am not getting money back

I got this mail from vendor:- Refund amount of INR -19200 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF2106728417721 has been submitted to the bank for processing and waiting for their acknowledgement. Refund would be processed in 1 working day if cancellation was done online. Else, it may take up to 2 working days if done via our call center.

But never received my refund.
