MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Company closing down: getting financially bankrupt

I have refund claim since 2 months. Even after several escalations, no resolution. No data pending from my side. Everytime they send mail to buy more time.


Yesterday when I called their customer care I was told " there are many claims pending for many customers since 2 months. Company has no money to repay the refund worth millions.


MAKEMYTRIP going solvent. Be careful
