According to me, makemytrip is quite okay type. U can book your tickets at cheapest rates and sometimes they provide good offers and discounts also.
I had used this for hotel bookings and sometimes for air bookings with my friends. But the worst thing which I don’t like is they don’t provide refunds when you cancel your tickets.
Otherwise it’s fine. I had good experience with this and ask them to provide full depth information about your bookings. They provide good service and support.
