Cab service is horrible

Booked cab for my 77 year old mom on 25 may 2018 for Delhi to Deh made full payment online.But no driver came to pick.Tried calling makemytrip but lines were busy.


Now makemytrip is not refunding my money.


How can I get my refund back. Want to go to consumer court
