I had a booking in Grand Mercura hotel Agra on 25 may 2025 due to my mom s operation I had to cancel the booking . On 24 may I cancel the booking has a word with mmt as well as the hotel both said we will refund as it’s medical emergency till today no response has come .
Mmt denied no refund also the hotel denied no refund .
I wonder medical emergency is not
