I am writing to raise a concern regarding a discrepancy with my MMT Gift Card.
The total value of the card was ₹;30, 000, out of which I had already redeemed ₹;20, 000 in April. The remaining ₹;10, 000 was available in my MMT wallet until recently. However, today, when I attempted to make a new booking using the balance amount, I was surprised to find that both the gift card and the remaining amount had disappeared from my wallet before their expiration date
This is extremely concerning. Since the gift card was already stored in my MMT wallet, I trust that it is your responsibility to safeguard it. Had I not added the card to the wallet, I would have accepted the risk, but in this case, the platform should ensure proper tracking and timely communication.
This is my hard-earned money. To date, no solution I’ve found
So many mail & Twitter threads- just wasted my time
1 person called Mr. Jiterdra just waste for nothing
He doesn’t know how to deal with the issues
So, many screen recording has no use
funny part, all voucher transactions also vanished from the app
No proof that I have used the voucher
To date, e no one has been able to find the issues or errors
Keep on texting me on Twitter with copy and paste scripts
