Bad experience

Try to book a indigo flight. Booking looks fine till the payment completed . After completion of payment, I received ticket for airindia flight. now the indigo flight which I tried to book increased by 2k. Itseems Technical issue . But no proper response.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.Further, in reference to your concern regarding booking for wrong flight, we have validated the issue with our technical team to understand and check the possibility of any site issue at the time of booking. As we have logs for every booking made on the website the same has been validated and found that the booking was made for the same date/airline/sector/time as selected by customer at the time of booking. In this case, user has done multiple searches and initially opted for Indigo airline but later, he has selected Air India flight and same was booked. Also, before making the payment at the final page we show the booked flight details along with total fare.
