I was completely misled by MakeMyTrip.com regarding a property booking in FabHotel Keerthi’s Anupama Vijayawada on November 3rd. Booking number - NH72212441125692. The hotels photos and description on the website are deceptive. The property is directly attached to a bar and restaurant, sharing the same entrance, which makes it entirely inappropriate for families. This crucial detail was not disclosed anywhere on the listing. Upon arrival and seeing the actual condition, I refused to stay at the property.
Because of this, I was forced to drive 300 kilometers through the night back home an experience that caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I have formally requested a full refund from MakeMyTrip(Ref. 22426261080234432), as the property does not match the description provided. Despite repeated communication, my request remains unresolved. I expect MakeMyTrip to take immediate corrective action and process the refund without further delay.
