ZERO REFUNDS

ZERO REFUNDD ON ANY TIME CANCELLATION OR ON EMERGENCY, IT SEEMS CHEATING BUSINESS, LOOTING/GRABBING OF MONEY FROM COMMON PEOPLE AND SR. CITIZEN BY MAKEMYTRIP WHEN CONTACTED MR.MANAV NARULA AND RITU SHARMA THEY BLAME JETAIRWAYS AND JETAIRWAYS SAYS TO CONTACT AGENT MAKEMYTRIP. THIS LOOKS LIKE HARASSMENT THIS IS NOT FAIR TO COLLECT THE WHOLE AMOUNT WITH ZERO REFUNDS THAT ALSO ON CANCELLATION IN EMERGENCY CASE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AT 8850559199

Dear vinodvmalhotra,We are glad to inform that MakeMyTrip now has a corporate tie-up with Mouthshut to be able to connect with customers through the forum and respond to the complaint/grievance.Further, in reference to your complaint, while checking the details we have found that our Management team has handled your case since complaint was made to our leadership team. As checked, team has taken approval from Go air for Mumbai to Goa segment and processed full refund from our end also, waived off our service fee. However, for Goa to Mumbai segment, airline Jet airways denied to provide any waiver in cancellation charges. Please be advised that, the waiver of cancellation charges is on total discretion of airline. These are airline charges which is beyond our control. The best we can do from our end is that, we can waive off our service fee in case of cancellation. Request you to please revert to the team if cancellation is required for Goa-Mumbai segment.Regards,Team-MakeMyTrip Care
