I make a online reservation to blr from sfo (on Lufthansa). Soon after I submitted the online reservation, I got a call from one of the agents who told me that the online payment system is down and he will help confirm my reservation. He took all the reservation details again and took the credit card number and said he would charge $1575 for the ticket. Few days later when I checked the credit card statement, I noticed I was charged twice. When I called makemytrip customer support and asked them why I was charged twice, They told me that I made two reservations, which is totally false. They are refusing to accept their mistake and blaming me that I made two reservations for the same flight, same day, same time and same passenger
I am still fighting with them to get back my money.
Stay away from these crooks !!!!
