We had a horrible experience with a booking made through MakeMyTrip for a fully paid, non-refundable apartment in Vienna for our family of 8. Upon arrival, we did not receive any key, and instead, an unknown person showed up at the property and started shouting aggressively. We were with children and felt extremely unsafe.
We made multiple calls and follow-ups, and were told that the local team would contact us – no one ever did. We were left stranded with no access to the apartment, no help, and zero accountability from the team.my booking id NH78110406357748
