I booked a hotel via MakeMyTrip.com on 28th March for my stay on 7th April. When I reached the hotel, I was shocked to find that there was no booking confirmed, despite having received confirmation from MMT. I was stranded on the road for 5 hours with zero help from their support team.


Since then, I’ve been following up for a refund — it’s now been over 2 weeks, and all I’ve gotten are excuses.


Every time I call, they say:


“Refund is processed, finance team is working on it, please wait 7 working days.”


On 16th April, they promised the refund would come in 2 working days. It’s now 23rd April, and guess what? They’ve pushed it another 7 working days with no update, no courtesy, no accountability.


This is not just poor service — it’s exploitation of trust.


?? Think twice before booking with @makemytrip — especially for urgent or critical trips. They leave customers hanging and offer no real support when things go wrong.
