For last 12 years I am travelling with maruti(Alto - 6 years and Dzire - 6 years) but now I curse the day I bought dzire, though product is good but without after sales service any product is useless.
I had SENT MY DZIRE CAR for repairing on 13 th aug after accident, front
bumper, bonnet and radiator were to be repaired.
Service centre(TANYA AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD., MEERUT) promised me
delivery on 28th august but when I called on 26th for update they informed
me that parts are not available they dont even cared to inform me about the
delivery date getting delayed its my 2nd car from maruti but your strongest
point of servicing turns out to be worst now for last 19 days I m facing
lots of trouble in commuting even alternate vehicle promised for these days
was also not provided, being a business man I am losing daily due to my
inability to reach to customers.
Even raised online complaint with maruti also called customer care, Complaint No.-7557488004, but still just blank promises, service center simply dares his customer "We dont care about online complaints",
I was planning to buy new car as this one had travelled alot with me but after this incident I doubt my third car will be from maruti even I wont suggest anyone in future to associate with maruti especially in meerut just because of their attitude of neglecting customer.
I would alert all my family and friends to stay away from maruti, gone are those days when maruti cares for its customers, now they are interested only in selling cars.
Please think twice before buying DZire, though product is good but one day or another you had to visit their service centre at that time you will repent on your decision to buy a maruti.
