keep on emailing them with your valid reason for return, though its less likely but in many cases i had returned and received refund within 2 months timeline

i had got my refund, thanks to mouthshut.com , indiatimes told me that shipping was arranged by their vendor that's why this problem was there, i had ordered a induction cooktop from them after this and it was delivered within time, but this time i had given different address.
