I dont know what kind of service this guys run. I booked a cab this morning at 6 am. I received no cab intimation till 5.48 am. After 3-4 calls to Meru, they finally sent me the cab details. Initially, the cab driver said he was coming but later said that Meru had cancelled the booking. Leaving me high and dry.
Since then I have called them 3-4 times but each time they keep saying . `we will call you back’ `Our Cust care will get in touch with you’ etc etc. My advise to you - if you want to reach your flight on time, do NOT rely on Meru.
