VC++ 8.0 (included in VS 2005)

So we have another grand sequel to the widely accepted VC++. Actually, there is a great feature enhancement in this version, and if you are a real hotshot pogrammer, then this is a must for you. The best facility is that it has a wide range of data collection and processing, ie. it has got a lot of integrated functions that have helped it to conquer small single compilers.

Now with even more enhanced debuggers, this is a cool source for error correction. another imp. feature is that it goes on with OpenGL, for which...other compilers may require special addons. If you also have a MSDN package, then learnng this powerful tool shouldn’t be difficult, coz u may be perplexex at the first sight looking into th complexity of the User Interface.

The major problem that exists with this is it is not the standard ANSI C++ code follower, which means that code generated by it is not completely standard. It is something different. But need not worry, for the output quality is good and the apps geerated work fine.

The imp. factor is the cost. Microsoft hasn’t released VC++ 8 separately, but as an integral part of Visual studio 2005 which makes it costly . But there are a couple of editions out there. Get the one that suits you. (Express editions are up for downloads as well)
