I have few suggestions which if implemented will make MS.com a more efficient place. Here I go...
The Timeout Component is very low. Increasing it to 1 hour makes sense. Because, it is not an e-commerce site which needs such security.
Option to Remove one’s reviews / comments should be possible.
A List displaying the Day’s high scorers and Week’s High scorers and Top Scorers will be real good.
Display of first 3 reviews could be increased to 5.
The order of such reviews could be defaulted to Maximum Ratings it has received. So in a list of 30 reviews, the review that has high HR will stand on top. Because the current structure only allows you to see Most viewed reviews by default.
Reviews which come as New Highest Ranking & Lowest Ranking need not be displayed in the Last 5 reviews. This will enable 2 more reviews to come to the list.
Shall update this once I find anything more....
