I’ll accept the fact that MSN chat has good features. It also performs reliably to a certain extent. I have been using MSN messenger for a while now and I have noticed recently that it disconnects the user automatically. The icon on the task bar however doesn’t change. You realize that you’re disconnected only when you go to change your status. I have tried to resolve this issue with MSN support and my experience with them was that their support staff is incompetent. There is obviously a problem with MSN messenger service. Ultimately I had to tell them what the problem was and the probably causes and they haven’t till date admitted that there is a problem and haven’t rectified the problem. Typical Microsoft. Its a useful software when it works fine. As far its reliability is concerned I wouldn’t rely on it.
