Horrible network & speed, disgusting customer care

I recently bought this MTS 3G Wifi data card(8459963124), till now I was using Airtel. It was completely a shocking experience switching from Airtel to MTS.


Issue#1: Extremely low speed. MTS claims 9 mbps whereas I barely get 1 mbps and mostly it runs at~100-200 kbps. I used to get a consistent speed of 4.5+ mbps in Airtel so the wait is unbearable for me. Attached is speed test result. At times in early morning the speed reaches 1.4 mbps but throughout the day it makes life miserable, because neither can I browse nor any download is possible in dial-up speed.


Issue#2: Very poor network. I often get no network or error while connecting on the laptop in dongle mode.


Issue#3: Horrible Customer Care. When I called the customer care yesterday and explained all the issues, the girl started to make useless trouble-shooting. She asked me to uninstall the MTS application on the laptop. God knows why the s/w has to be uninstalled if there is no network? MTS, please dont train your support staffs to make fool of the customer, you wont succeed. Moreover, she simply didnt understand the issue and helped me to raise a complaint on network issues. Just now I made a chat interaction with MTS customer care on Facebook and interacted with Nitin. After I explained all the issue to him he simply closed and disconnected the chat session. Is this the kind of Customer Service with which MTS can sustain in market?


I made a TERRIBLE DECISION to switch from Airtel to MTS. Is there anyone listening to my distress calls?
