We have been victimized by the MTS internet service provider since the past 3 months. By mistake, we chose to take the MTS Mblaze dongal services, an executive came and gave a demonstration of the dongal working system. It showed full signal(which later we discovered was just a demo not in reality). We took it and for two days tried hard to get signal. WE literally took MTS dongal attached to laptop in different rooms so that somehow it works but to no avail. Later when we said to refund our money and look into our case there was no response in-turn we started getting calls from their collection agents some posed as advocate also who threatened us to pay the rent which we had used, to our surprise they said 1GB is used but not once did the signal came. WE wrote to nodal office, appellate authority, did everything which suffered customer shall do but there was no response at all. They called daily to pay the charges, instead of we complaining against them for forgery and cheating, threatening calls they are compelling us to pay. This is the worst company with equally worst management system. They should be banned from all services. We are harassed and cheated. I will ADVICE all NEVER YOU SHOULD TAKE MTS DONGAL OR INTERNET SERVICES. THEY ARE FRAUD AND CHEATERS.
