This review is regarding the ticket(APR/16122) opened with MTS.
-> I should get the speed of 3.1 Mbps. Though, was getting only 0.64Mbps.
-> Opened the ticket on 19th APR at 10:22 pm regarding poor speed.
-> I was promised to get a call someone from their team with in 22 hours. No call with in that time.
-> I received the message from MTS at 12:23 today(22 APR) mentioning that Complaint no. APR/16122 has been resolved. We tried to contact but unable to reach you.
I am really not sure, if I was not reachable, then how can they closed the ticket as resolved.
I am done with MTS. If I pay 786 every month for this poor service. I would rather prefer
paying few extra bucks to renowned players like Airtel/TATA.
