I got a MTS Blaze at my grandma’s home for rs. 999 rs. monthly, it was a prepaid one, People get confused because there is also a postpaid one in this same price range.
I was offered 40 GB at max speed outrightly without any conditions being vested. As it was a prepaid connection, so after 40 Gb I dont get a single kb over it and the connection gets paused as soon as the quota gets exhausted.
I paid 999 on the very first day and got the connection activated the next day. Since then I was just testing the speed till the end of the first day just to make sure that I was getting the same speed as they advertised. But the result of my relentlessly trying to achieve 3.1 mbps bar was something which astounded me really. Because it never achieved something more than 2 Mbps.
I called the customer care unit and told them about the issue, firstly the person attending my call was a disgrace being a helper or a customer care executive as it sounded really rude and annoying, He never answered me in a precise way and always said something in the end of a sentence which can surely hit a person on his/her temper.
I hung up the call and simply emailed the higher authority for the problem resolution, in return what I got was indeed amusing or funny. they said we said we offer you 3.1 Mbps but that is not going to be exact, you may get little less or more. Dude. I got 2 Mbps in place of 3.1 Mbps. 1.1 Mbps less than the desired is that what you call little?
Despite of my sending the mails, following the first one aforementioned. I was unable to sought something useful. I used it with a heavy heart for the first month and then didnt pay for it the next month.
Got a call from their relationship unit persuading me to again pay for the next month plan. my response was a clear no. Thent the lady started blaming for their cause. She was rude too. and scolded her. Well thats sort of tit for tat. You get what you deserve.
