When I signed up initially for MTS Mblaze Ultra I was thrilled. They seem to be a good company that does what it promises.
Well, in the beginning of this month, I paid for 6GB/Unlimited 30 days connection. However, I had lot more usage and ran out of the 6GB. I was thinking that they promised unlimited connection, so there will at least some decent connection to sustain my needs.
However, I found Airtel unlimited service is 1000 times far better then MBLAZE. The speed on the unlimited connection is so bad that I cannot even load web page. When I called for help, they said I need to run Speedtest.net so they can know the speed. When I tried loading speedtest.net, it was unsuccessful even after many tries and wait time like 5 mins.
So then they told me I can pay for additional GB’s and I would be okay. I promptly went and paid for additional GB’s. However, to my surprise the speed was still stuck at the snail’s pace.
I called again for help. Several times I was cut off from rude customer service people and ultimately when I succeeded in getting thru’, they generated a complaint number ultimately. The complaint number is MAY/5245 and they said the issue would be resolved within 20 hours. It has been 3 days since, the issue remains unresolved. I am annoyed every time I try to get on internet and get anything done.
To rub salt onto the wound, I was informed by customer service people that tech help tried to reach me and they could not!. This is a farce as if I received any missed call, it shows up on call log. Now every time I call they conveniently blame me!
Spent at least a total of 10 hours on follow up and issue is still not resolved. I have almost given up on anything happening barring magic. This company is a cheat with questionable customer service practices being followed which aims at protecting themselves and not the customer. Once you have paid money, you can bid goodbye as no matter how much effort you put in, there will be no resolution.
They have become too big to be able to do anything right. They are best left alone, that way your money is safe with you.
