I have used internet of several companies MTS is the worst of all. My dongle got dead with in first 5 month though I got it replaced but whole process costed me more then 1500 rupees when the replacement was done under worranty. Dongle got dead on 1/10/2015 I thought my data plan was over, so I got it recharged for 999 rupees data plan and realized that its not my data plan but the dongle which was faulty. I called customer care they told me to buy new dongle.on asking about worrenty they insisted me to go to a workshop and get it checked .workshop staff confirmed faulty device and asked me to go to lava workshop for its manufacturer was lava.lava staff confirmed that device is in worrenty and assured free repair or replace .I got my device back on 10/11/2015 I.e.
after 40 days.disaster happened when I found that, my data plan was over for which I paid 999 rupees .I was shocked and sad to know that. I logged in 10-15 complains for next 15 days to ask them to extand validity of my plan since I didn’t used a single mb out of 20GB 3G plan.but unfortunately MTS denied and asked me to reach any and every authority but they won’t extand validity. Friends .MTS is worst of all ISP in terms of customer care, services execution, fair policy and transpiracy.oh I forgot to tell that when I call them and asked that my device is not working they told me that my area was 2.5km away from their tower and therefore my area is out of their signal range while I was using their device for past 5 month in a north district of delhi.you see its delhi.the capital of India.I will suggest Airtel, vodaphone, reliance, aircel, MTNL but not MTS since MTS has got attractive offers but its a great pain in the long run.they will compel you to shed tears of blood in terms of services, warranty and execution of fair policies.
