I am having this device and in the beginning I was very happy with the device but after using it for few months I faced the speed issue I was not getting proper speed and when I complained to customer care they simply disconnect my phone I dont know why so I have to call again them and again, so at last they raised a compliant and asked to me wait few days and said it would be solved I waited but then also no solution so at last I contacted their head officer though regarding this he also didn’t understood me and stopped replying me. so I was having a very bad experience with it. yes and one major issue was of auto disconnection, my data card automatic get disconnected from internet after the usage of 6 to 5 hours.
