I purchased MTS MBlaze data card before 15 days, but it doesnt work at all.
No signal came for my area, but without verifying that blindly they gave me the postpaid connection.
I am located in the located at the heart of the Chennai city(Perambur area), thats why I thought they might have proper connection and signal, but the internet came at the speed of 0.01 Mbps, but they promised 2 Mbps. I called their customer support number, but no proper solution given, the told reconnect several times, but no use of doing that.
After some days they called me and told me that I have to request for termination of my postpaid account since there is no signal reach in my area. I claimed for refund of my data card purchase money Rs.1300, they tld me that it will take another 15 days to get refund. Now I am waiting for my refund money. Within 15 days of purchase, I am terminating my postpaid data card number due to no signal coverage.
No proper customer support.
No proper signal.
Only signal coverage is limited to some areas.
Very least bothered about customers.
No proper value for money.
So my overall advice is not to buy MTS data card, if you buy you will spend most of your time talking and shouting to their customer support number, and you will not spend your time online.
